Hair Bear
This week has been hard. I'm tired as hell. My eyes are bloodshot. My body physically hurts, especially my neck and shoulders. I am emotionally and mentally overwhelmed at returning to work, placing my child in daycare, and trying to stay on top of household tasks and social commitments.
There is only one thing to do at a time like this: get a drastic haircut.

All McInernys (current or reformed) store their stress in their neck and shoulders.
I have found that chiropractic helps a ton, and if you can afford it (or in my case, get the jerk who crashed into your car to cover it), insane deep tissue massage is a godsend.
I haven't had more than a migraine or two in the past couple years, and I completely credit my backcracker.
I love the new hair - you look sophisiticated yet motherly. And skinny. Bravo.

Chiropractic? No Way, in my experience they do more harm than good in the long run. If they cant fix the problem after 3 attempts, move on! Try physiotherapy or remedial massage or see a natural therapist! Or even Bowen therapy - at leadt these therapies are non violent / aggressive to the spine! Listen, I paid the price!
