I'm totally agitated; I have
I'm totally agitated; I have way too much stuff to do and it's making it hard for me to fall asleep. I was going to work on my site and fix this damn comments problem, but I had to install a new FTP program and now I can't remember my password. So that will have to wait.
Usually making lists will ease my mind a little, but I just made like four lists and I still can't get to sleep. I'm starting to get really busy at my job, and tomorrow the whole place is shutting down to go see Attack of the Clones so I'll lose a couple hours of work right there and I've already paid for my ticket so I can't bail. I have like a million things to get done for National Poetry Slam which all of a sudden is right around the corner. I also have a ton of board and sub-committee meetings for SASE, and I'm trying to plan this fundraiser for June. I'm also organizing a Happy Hour for my office on Friday, a Girls' Night Out with some friends on Saturday night, and I'm supposed to go to a seminar all day Saturday, plus I'm going on a trip with some friends for Memorial Day and I'm trying to coordinate a meeting with all of them on Sunday to figure out who's bringing what. I want to make sure I take a trip up North this summer to visit my grandma at her cabin in Outing and my friend, Bruce at his place in Grand Rapids. My ten-year high school reunion is three hours away in La Crescent and is (of course!) the weekend right before NPS. My cousin Joe is getting married in La Crosse on July 6, so there's another road trip right there. Lastly, this damn website needs a damn lot of work. The photos section completely blows (I hate frames), and the poetry and knitting sections don't even have anything yet. Meanwhile, my ISP is pissing me off. So, I think that just about covers all the things that are making me FUCKING INSANE right now.
I know, I know, most of this activity is totally voluntary. I've made my own bed. Whatever. It still sucks sometimes.
